As bike riders, we appreciated the secure parking with a 24-hour security guard and affordable fees for motorcycles. the location in the center of town was convenient for exploring and finding places to eat. the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, even offering us a later checkout and providing two double rooms near each other for our family of four. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had efficient air conditioning.
We felt at home instantly and had no reason to complain.

Amazing staff, very helpful and english speaking. Big room, comfortable and luxurious. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, and excellent service.
Asked for a non-smoking room but didn´t get one. So a little bad air in the room for a non-smoker even after leaving the window open.

Staff was very good. Hotel was very centric and very clean.
They only had one iron available in the whole hotel which unfortunately we did not manage to use it even though it was requested at reception on arrival as we had to attend a wedding the day after. Everything else was excellent

The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our romantic escape. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a large and comfortable bed that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find English channels on the TV, which added to the entertainment options during our downtime. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the shoe museum and a charming outside restaurant on the plaza.
We were disappointed to discover that there were several additional charges that added up quite quickly. From the parking fee to the breakfast and internet charges, it felt like we were constantly being nickle and dimed.

I absolutely loved the elegant decoration of the hotel's common areas. The chandeliers and beautiful artwork created a sophisticated and chic ambiance that made me feel like a classy lady. It was a pleasure to relax in such a charming environment. Additionally, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy to navigate with my walking cane. The staff was also very attentive and ready to assist whenever needed, ensuring a comfortable stay for older guests like me.
Although the staff was generally helpful, I would have liked to see more consideration for the needs of senior people during my vacation. It would have been wonderful if the children of the staff could have organized some activities or events specifically tailored for older guests.

The breakfast selection could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.
